Due to the exceptional circumstance of the pandemic, we will be holding our AGM via zoom. We waited before announcing details of the AGM hoping things would improve and we would be able to all meet up together, however this is not likely to be possible.
Annual General Meeting Notice:
To assist with the ongoing and proper governance of the BAF, the Annual General Meeting for 2021 will be held online in accordance with government guidance and The Corporate Insolvency and
Governance Act 2020 on Saturday 30 January 2021.
The members’ meeting will start at 9.15am and the main meeting at 10.30am.
The notice of the AGM will be advertised on the BAF webpage, email and facebook.
