Cambridge Sword is a successful vibrant fencing club for children aged 6 to 18. We run many after school clubs, curriculum sessions, evening club sessions, grading days, squad days, 1-2-1 lessons, competitions, summer and easter camps. Based in the beautiful town of Cambridge with easy road and rail links to London and the rest of the UK.
We are seeking to recruit a foil coach to join us some time in 2023. The successful candidate should have at least a Level 2 coaching qualification or higher and have competed at an international level. The successful candidate should be willing to work across the range of ages and abilities and able to coach from foundation up to international standard. Initially a minimum of 20 hours a week plus developing the role to take on more coaching hours, administration and taking a leading part in the next stage in Cambridge Sword Development.
We have established venues, at least 18 electric box sets, masses of equipment so that all coaches have their own set of gear plus some venues have their own.
