Training Day Theme

‘The Individual Lesson: from a Technical, Timing, Training and Tactical perspective’

Course attendees will be presented with ideas on the elements above and will have the opportunity to practice on a pupil/coach,

An ideal chance to develop the content and structure of your individual lessons, also exam relevant.

All levels and weapons catered for, bring all your personal coaching equipment.

This will be a ‘no stress’ environment so bring a sense of humour!
